We have 4 actively recording external cameras for everyone’s safety (1 in the Driveway and 1 for each outside door), as well as a noise decibel monitoring device in the property. We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome 2 pets in this house ($25 per pet, per night) Being we have direct access to the river from our backyard, children under 18 years will require constant adult supervision.
